Vocalio ("we", "us", the "App") removes vocals from songs you import. This policy explains what we
collect, why, and your choices. We do not sell your personal data.
Information we process
Songs you import. When you import a song (from Files, your music library, a link,
a recording, or a video's audio track), the audio is sent to our server and to our audio-processing
provider (Replicate, running an automated vocal-separation model) solely to isolate the vocals from the
instrumental. We do not use your audio to train models, and processed audio is not retained on our
servers after your result is delivered. The original file and the separated tracks are stored locally on
your device.
Microphone. If you choose to record audio, the App accesses your microphone only
while recording. Recordings are processed the same way as any imported song.
Photo library. If you import from a video in your library, the App reads that video
only to extract its audio track for processing. We do not access or upload any other photos or videos.
Music library. If you import a song from your library, the App reads that song's
audio to process it. We do not read or upload the rest of your library.
Account information. If you sign in with Apple (optional), we receive a unique
identifier and, if you allow it, your email, stored locally on your device to show your signed-in status.
Purchases. Subscriptions are handled by Apple and our subscription platform (Adapty),
which receive standard App Store transaction data to manage and restore your purchase.
Third-party services
We rely on these providers, each under their own privacy terms: Replicate (vocal
separation processing), Google Firebase (server hosting for processing requests),
Adapty (subscription management), and Apple (optional Sign in, and App
Store purchases).

To isolate vocals and instrumentals from the songs you choose to process.
To let you sign in (optional) and manage your subscription.
To maintain, secure, and improve the App.
Data retention & deletion
Your imported songs and separated tracks are stored on your device and removed when you delete them in
the App or delete the App itself. We do not keep copies of your audio on our servers after processing.
Children
Vocalio is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Your choices
You can use the App without signing in. You control microphone, music library, and photo library
access in iOS Settings.
