By downloading or using Vocalio (the "App") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Vocalio processes songs you import to produce an isolated vocal track and an instrumental track using automated audio-separation technology. Results are generated automatically and quality can vary by song. Vocalio is not a music distributor or rights-clearing service.
You are responsible for the songs, recordings, and videos you import. Only import content you own or have the right to process. Do not use the App to infringe anyone's copyright or other rights.
Vocal separation requires an active subscription, billed through your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period; manage or cancel them in your App Store account settings. Free trials, where offered, convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
The App and its original content, design, and branding remain our property. Songs you process remain the property of their respective rights holders.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the App or its processing results.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
