By downloading or using Acapo (formerly Vocalio; the "App") you agree to these Terms and to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Acapo separates songs you add into a vocal track and an instrumental track using automated technology, analyses key and tempo on your device, and lets you record covers over the instrumental. Results are generated automatically and quality varies by song. Acapo is not a music distributor or rights-clearing service.
You are responsible for the songs, recordings and videos you add and for covers you make and share. Only use content you own or have the right to use, and do not use the App to infringe anyone's rights.
Separating your own songs, saving covers to share and exporting tracks require Acapo Pro, an auto-renewing subscription billed to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings. A free trial, where offered, converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends.
Use the App lawfully. Do not abuse, overload or reverse-engineer the App or its backend.
The App, its design, branding and the demo recordings are ours. The demo songs themselves are in the public domain and were newly recorded for Acapo. Songs you process remain the property of their rights holders.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the App or its results.
